Was waiting for someone to serve me for ages then wasn't getting much help with what i needed apart from being told the same thing for awhile instead of a positive solution to my problem at first, however I did eventually get it sorted and was less stressed leaving there than in the end after that and was able to leave with an item that was appropriate for what i needed. And think he understood after saying something about it to him when I was less stressed and ended up laughing with the man who served me. This problem could have been avoided tho I think if they had more staff in on a sunday afternoon for different items customer's were looking for and having to take for the items aswell when have served them on shop floor is time consuming and especially when it is a day stores shut earlier and generally people go shopping later on. Main problem was there wasn't many staff to be able to serve everyone as quickly and give them the time normally would have most likely. In all fairness to the staff working and trying to see to everyone it wasn't as if they were not doing anything but there were more customers than staff working at that particular time I visited store
Lots of stock on display in a big store. Prices are compatible to online. Only a few £ more expensive than places like Amazon. Staff can be hit or miss. Heard one staff member give out completely incorrect information to a customer about laptops. If you know what you want and are somewhat knowlagable in the area of item you're looking , it's worth checking out.

A large branch, with lots of selection in different ranges from arts and crafts, baking, sewing and floral arranging. Model section is small though, leaving much to be desired in plain stock materials such as basswood etc, but a fantastic range of acrylic, enamel and spray paints and brushes.
If you're looking for something craft related then you're bound to find it here. Thousands of items fill the shelves over two floors and there's something for everyone. Although not cheap the products are of a high standard and there are often good deals to be found. In addition there is a bargain corner upstairs which houses a wide range of discounted goods. From jam making and wedding planning, to knitting and building airfix models, if you have a crafty hobby there will be something here to tempt you! The staff are really helpful and the car parking is free and plentiful. There are also regular taster sessions and craft lessons where you can have fun honing your skills or learning a new craft.
